It builds on existing protocols and complements exhaustive mandatory preventive measures by the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization(WHO). These have been rolled out in all our properties across the country.
In line with these protocols, we have made all the necessary adjustments to ensure social and safe distancing is in place with enhanced standards of cleanliness, appropriate temperature checks, and frequent sanitization of high contact points on regular basis. Social distancing will be observed for interactions between guests and employees. Enhanced food protocols will be adhered to when preparing meals for our guests.
