Conferencing Facilities at the Nyali Sun Africa Beach Hotel & Spa

We would love you to host your Event with us

Sun Africa Hotels offers state-of-the art conference facilities with a variety of locations to choose from.
We offer the following on a complimentary basis: writing pads and pens, WiFi to all participants, the use of two flip-charts, markers, and a projection screen, the use of an LCD projector, and, P.A. system with two microphones for groups over 30 people.
The food and drinks we offer include, early morning tea/coffee, chilled juices, assorted cookies, assorted pastries, assorted muffins. There is also mid-morning tea/coffee, assorted juices, chefs cycle menu of pastries and savories, assorted mini sandwiches, assorted fresh fruit platter. In addition, there is afternoon tea/coffee, fruit smoothies, chefs cycle menu of pastries and savouries (both hot & cold), and assorted fresh fruit platter. There is also lunch with an accompanied soft drink.
Our services are complimented by an expert staff with passion for excellence.

Nyali Sun Africa Beach Hotel and Spa has multiple conference rooms that can hold up to 300 people. We have Nyali Board Room, Mkutuno Meeting Room, Karibu Board Room, Gaming Room Conference, Malaika Room, Pwani Conference Room, and Bahari Conference Room.
